For the condition of Security Deposit payment and Advance payment as the following:

In case of 1 to 3 months of lease agreement, the security deposit will be placed for 1 month of your rental rate and 1 month in advance.

In case of 3 months up to 1 year of lease agreement, the security deposit will be placed for 2 months of your rental rate and 1 month in advance.
